alien.ru — медиа о будущем человечества в космосе. Здесь описано, какие данные обрабатываются, когда вы пользуетесь мобильным приложением alien.ru для iOS и Android и обращаетесь в поддержку через сайт alien.ru.
Push-уведомления. Если вы разрешите уведомления, сервис Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) выдаст устройству технический токен, а приложение подпишется на рассылки «для всех» и на рассылку на выбранном языке. Мы не храним токены на своих серверах и не связываем их с вашей личностью. Отключить уведомления можно в любой момент в настройках телефона.
Технические данные запросов. Когда приложение загружает ролики, наш сервер api.alien.ru, как любой веб-сервер, получает IP-адрес и сведения о запросе (тип устройства и версия ПО). Они нужны для работы и защиты сервиса, хранятся ограниченное время и не используются, чтобы установить вашу личность.
Настройки. Выбранный язык и другие настройки хранятся только на вашем устройстве.
Обращения в поддержку. Если вы пишете нам через форму на сайте или на почту, мы получаем имя, email и текст сообщения, которые вы сами указали. Используем их только чтобы ответить и удаляем по вашей просьбе.
Google LLC (Firebase Cloud Messaging) — доставка push-уведомлений; хостинг-провайдер нашего сервера — хранение роликов и работа API; Tilda — приём сообщений из формы поддержки. Каждый из них обрабатывает данные только для оказания своей услуги.
Приложение не предназначено специально для детей младше 13 лет, и мы сознательно не собираем их данные.
Вы можете узнать, какие ваши данные у нас есть, исправить или удалить их — напишите на alianformessage@gmail.com. Аккаунтов в приложении нет, поэтому всё, что хранится на устройстве, удаляется вместе с приложением.

alien.ru is a media outlet about humanity’s future in space. This policy explains what data is processed when you use the alien.ru mobile app for iOS and Android and when you contact support through alien.ru.
Push notifications. If you allow notifications, Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) issues a technical token for your device, and the app subscribes to the “everyone” channel and to the channel for your language. We do not store these tokens on our servers or link them to your identity. You can turn notifications off at any time in your phone settings.
Request data. When the app loads videos, our server api.alien.ru, like any web server, receives your IP address and request details (device type and software version). We use them to run and protect the service, keep them for a limited time, and never use them to identify you.
Settings. Your language and other settings are stored only on your device.
Support requests. If you write to us through the form on our website or by email, we receive the name, email and message you provide. We use them only to reply and delete them on request.
Google LLC (Firebase Cloud Messaging) delivers push notifications; our hosting provider stores videos and runs the API; Tilda receives messages from the support form. Each processes data only to provide its service.
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
You can ask what data we hold about you, or have it corrected or deleted, by writing to alianformessage@gmail.com. The app has no accounts, so everything it stores on your device is removed when you delete the app.
